Neon Toes

Inspiration: Color

Products: Color Club Not-So-Mellow Yellow, Foxy Mama, and Kapow!

Thoughts: Tried to do a water marble decal, but after an hour it still was not dry and got messed-up, so I just decided to do neon skittles for some summer toes.
